I have been working away at something very special to my heart, a journal! Over the last 3 years I have completed shifted into a morning routine and beauty sleep gal (obviously only on our butter silk) and I owe a huge amount of my progress, accomplished goals, and manifestations to my morning journalling.

It was in the 15 minute morning writing where I really got out what was bothering me, what I was excited about, what was holding me back, and what decisions I was going to make for myself. I set goals, intentions, created new habits, practiced gratitude and manifested my dreams life of entrepreneurial freedom and hair.
